Brisbane Apartment blocks

Hi,

I'm planning a trip to Brissy early July to find a block of flats. Can anyone suggest the best place to source these? I assume you will reply with suggestions of a Real Estate but I'm posting this in case there is a more obvious answer, or their is a specific R/E you can suggest.

I'm looking for an older block of about 6 around 10 minutes from the city. Not knowing Brisbane suburbs too well, do you have a suggestion of where the best suburb to look would be.

TIA.

Suggest Newmarket or Alderley in the North. Don't know if there are any
blocks for sale at the moment though.

You could contact Marni Smart at LJ Hookers Alderley on 07 3856 0444. She is
very good - tell her Ian Findlay sent you!

Alternativly try looking around Clayfield/Hamilton area. There are lots of
units there.

Read the Business Section of Sat Courier Mail - it usually has a couple of blocks for sale.
