Brisbane builder - two townhouses - recommendation

Hi all

I am shortly going to go to tender for the construction to two townhouses in the suburb of Fairfield on the southside. The finish will be mid-high and the finish will need to be on the better side as end market is likely to be homeowners.

If anyone has any recommendations or anyone wishes to put forward a tender please reply or PM me if prefer.

I have some contacts which the architect have and my building consultant but am open to ideas.

As everyone knows the development game is a game of margins so price is always critical.

A lot of the usual guys that I could recommend are pretty busy at the moment but try a few of the following:

K2 Projects (flat out last time I caught up with him(
Evermore Homes (May have some capacity)

Both not necessarily the cheapest options although very high quality finishes and are used to working in upper end owner occupied style areas.
