Apologies for the late reply - only just noticed the question.
There have been no vacancies across the 3 units during the last twelve months and just a small rent increase.
Only a couple of maintence issues - so all going well.
We have just purchased another one a Wynnum - a duplex this time - and have just given one of the tennants notice. So we will be back up there for the June school holidays doing a cosmetic reno including converting a large bathroom into a bathroom + ensuite.
More theme park visits for the kids !
