Brisbane property. Good potential growth. Strong Yields

Hi,

I've decided to add more diversity to my portfolio. So I'm looking outside of Sydney/Canberra and heading to Brisbane this weekend to look at houses mainly in the Crestmead area.

The potential for growth in the overall Logan district looks strong and although admittedly I am not too familiar with the area I am not ruling out making a purchase this weekend when I go out with a real estate contact for the weekend.

My goal is to continue finding properties that are likely to double within 10 years. Serviceability/yields are not a big factor for me, but the strong yields the area posses does make it slightly more attractive.
