Welcome to our Brisbane Property Group meeting on Tuesday 28th April ? let?s keep up the momentum and achieve our investing goals for 2015!
For those of you who are new to the group, we are a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are nervously excited about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years; and of course, every level in between.

Justin Watt from Watt Realty (he wasn?t able to attend last month!).
Justin will be chatting about the market, and going over ?money makers? (reno opportunities, splitters and LMR?s). Also if there?s time, some tips on how to stack a deal.

Next up, we have our most popular segment of this event ? our Real Deal Presentation!
If you haven?t attended before, this is where a member of the group actually gets up and shares their latest project, complete with numbers, photos and more importantly, mistakes and lessons learned!
This month, we hear from Wendy MacDonald (back by popular demand!); Wendy will be sharing a cracker deal with us, a development that was also run as student accommodation.
Wendy is very hands on and loves to share all of her learnings, both positive and frustrating, so it?s well worth listening in!
THIS MONTHS SECOND GUEST SPEAKER IS?
Dave Weston from DRW Consulting; Dave owns and runs DRW which specialises in civil engineering for subdivisions and multi unit developments.
Dave is a keen investor himself and knows every fact of putting a great deal together, not just the engineering side of things!
He is the perfect person to have on your team because he brings so much knowledge to your project that he literally becomes a project manager as well!
I?ve interviewed Dave before and what he shares is absolute gold so make sure you are in the room to hear what he has to say!
