Shane Hiscock loves property development, although life wasn?t always this way. He began his career in the IT industry but quickly realised that IT wasn?t his passion (well after 10 years he realised this) so he changed gears and switched to property.
Since the change Shane has worked on a many different projects from splitter blocks, sub-divisions, renovation and town houses and also multi-unit developments.
One thing is consistent with all Shane?s current projects ? they are not actually his! He works with other investors who provide the finance and Shane provides the time, skills and knowledge in finding and managing the projects. His passion has grown into a business.
Shane and his team are currently working on 10 projects and last year alone they secured sites and projects with a value of over $13million.
