There are so many variables that you can choose from. It's a broad question to answer.

Hi,

I think the market might still be a little overheated. There has been so much growth in the inner city area over the last 2 years, that one can't help but wonder whether its time for prices to plateau a bit. Waiting a little while may pay off. Having said that, most people seem to think that Brisbane is a good long term proposition.
