Brisbane - Zoned rural residential

I'm looking at a 1 acre property that is zoned rural residential within BCC. As far as I know there is no current subdivision potential. I need to find out more but have been told it is zoned rural residential. Does anyone know or have links you can pass on so I can do more research to see if there is any future planning rezoning changes? updated flood maps would be handy too. I'll have to start writing down my favourite research sites rather than saving them on my computer as I always lose the links when my computers die.

Look at the seq regional plan urban footprint. go to the BCC site and search for floodwise.

Its zoned Rural landscape and production area outside the footprint. 10ha lots for subdivision. Even longterm I believe that area has been set outside of development areas for future flight path stuff.

never been affected by flood according to floodwise
