Broker wanted, any suggestions

Hi all,

I'm looking for a broker who can help me get a mortgage for buying properties.

I'm looking to buy properties in my company name, not my personal name.

My company is based in Cyprus

I live in Sydney/England and New York

I'm investing in Port Macquarie, NSW mainly around the $250-$280K mark.

I am happy to put 50% down on each property if I need to.

Of course I'd rather not )

I'm looking to buy multiple properties this year and so I'm looking for someone who I can build a long term relationship with.

I own alot of property in England although it is held in another company.

If you can suggest someone I'd be very grateful.

Hi Neil

Assuming you can prove your income and everything else being equal you may get upto an 80% lend more likely 70% in a Company name.

Half the problem is income verification so as long as it translates to a profit to show serviceability then you should be ok.

Regretfully holding property in England wont do you much good other than to evidence you hold assets elsewhere ( I still own property in Bournemouth where i am from which has started to come back a little but yields good).

Assume you are not a residential or Australian Citizen ?

Other issues may crop up if this is the casse but can be dealt with one at a time.
