Still very nice and peaceful, sure doesn't fit into the traditional view of a river but still adds value imo.

Been doing lots of research on area this morning - Yep there's a fishing platform and boatramp beside unit complex. You can canoe, etc, there too. The council is about to spend $150,000 on stage one to improve parklands near complex to a regional park standard. (not sure what that means - maybe tourist destination??)
