Well, our family finally finished our first development. We bought a corner block in Budgewoi, put plans through Council for a detached dual occupancy on torrens title, renovated the existing house and built a brand new 4 bedroom house with double garage that is now for sale.

Would you tell me how much were torrents title costs for the detached house, incl. all legals please?

From memory we are paying our surveyor about $4-5k for the works that include Council approval and LTO approval as well.
