Just wondering for the experienced developers here,
been looking at some quotes for building and most builders seem to say 2 free standing costs the same or even less then 2 semis (all things being equal)
just investigating a block where duplex and freestanding is possible. but trying to get my head around if the costs are the same/more for a duplex, why would anyone do so unless it was a space issue.
