My wife and I have (finally) purchased our first IP. Firstly, many thanks for all the interesting forums on this website, they have helped tremendously.
The IP is on the Central Coast of NSW and requires some reno work - reconfiguring the internal walls (some structural), adding a new front door, new kitchen etc.
Can anyone recommend a decent builder that may be able to help?
