Hi, Would you recommend a good builder in QLD. Looking at contacting few to get some quotes. If you do recommend someone can you also help me with the following

Any particular person whom i can contact and are they on SS forum. Whats their SS id.
What was the work they did for you.
Are they trustworth or require to be micro managed.
What was the shift in $$ from the initial quote.
Did they complete the work on time and how long did the project go for

I couldn't give any recommendations but you might want to be more specific as to what you want to build. i.e. townhouses or a house reno?

Do a license search through the QBCC (http://www.qbcc.qld.gov.au/) for a builder that you are looking at to see if they have any red marks on their license. Google them to see if anyone is whinging about them online as well.
