Builder's Warranty -SA

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me. I have an IP that settled six months ago and there are some issues with fittings and a wall that need to be fixed. I am on the road at the moment and don't have access to the paperwork; can anyone advise what the standard lengths (if they exist) of fitting and structural warranties are for SA?

You should have a 10year structural warranty but for little things that aren't structural related the builder should allow a 3mth maintenance period as a standard.

Depending on your relationship with the builder they may/may not be flexible with the 3mths (may be slightly over 3mths and they'll still come back to fix).
