Building 3 townhouses in Bankstown NSW

Hi All,

I am in process of building three townhouses in Bankstown area.

It's 800 Sqm block, DA approved for 3 townhouses (but i want to amend plans, basically elevation, and apply for DA Approval again)

I am looking for services of following people

1) Property Tax Accountant
2) Architect
3) Builder
4) Mortgage Broker
5) Project Manager

Thx for reading, please contact with bullet points of what services can you provide, or suggest someone you have dealt with previously, I am looking for the best in the market.
 
you may get away by just applying S96 rather than Applying for DA again.

it will save you heaps of money and heartache. (given that zoning hasnt changed or original DA hasn't lapsed)

3 Townhouses on a single block wouldn't be considered Development Finance and could be funded to 90% of cost at residential rates.

Done a similar deal for a forum client and we got it funded at 4.83% variable.

Wont get capitalised interest at that lvr so as long as you can support the progressive funding you should be fine.
