Hi Geoff and Ian,
I purchased a block in 1999 for the purpose of building an IP. My accountant has amended my return for 1999, with the following claims - interest, bank fees and taxes, Council rates and water rates in view of the decision in Steele v FC of T (1999).
I have plans to build at the end of this year.
