Hi guys,
I hope this doesn't sound silly but if there were 2 units on one title and you wanted to get a building and pest done, do you get charged for two separate ones?

On another note, is there a way of finding out if an area or particular street is affected by flood? I've just tried doing a google search with the names of the street and suburb but not much comes up... no news is good news?

It depends. 2 x 2br joined villas is not really any different to a 4br 2 bathroom house. If they are small you may get away with one inspection fee, if they are bigger then probably 2. You should be able to get a discount on the 2nd as there is no travel cost and inspections in places like roof voids can be done for both at the same time.

Depending on where it is, the local council may publish flood maps online.
