Building in Sydney

Hi Everyone,

I know you can do a CDC complying development build in Sydney for larger land sizes but does anyone know if you can do a CDC for a block size that is 120sqm?

I have a lot in the city which I want to build on and want to avoid the council if possible.

Need 450sqm lot or bigger:

thanks but I don't think that's right as my friend is building in Manly on a 220sqm block under CDC.

I think the minimum is 200sqm but just wanted to see if anyone could confirm this?
