I am new to this forum and I am currently building my Home through a builder in Tarneit , west of Melbourne.I needed a bit of direction related to Building Stage inspections.
I have searched internet for building inspectors
Can anyone direct me to the right direction about the reliability of any of these building inspector or if anyone has used any of these people.

are the cheapest so far $395 each stage
2. http://www.urbanpropertyinspections.com.au
$440 each stage for my home size 24 sqrs
3. http://www.newhomeinspections.com.au
most expensive of the three
No 1 is a member of lots of organisations. Not quite sure whether there is anything that I should be aware of . doesn't have a sample report attached . I called them up , they said everyone copies others report that's why they didn't put it on the web.
Any suggestion please.
