The only one I know out there is Chris Lang. But not much feedback in this forum.
Perhaps start by browsing through SS commercial subforum and read all posts by Dazz, SNM, Grossreal etc. HiEquity, Bird Dog also posted great info on their first acquisition.
My end game too but loooong way from there yet unfortunately.
