I'm wondering if I should get one. I'm getting really over dealing with REAs and looking at dozens of properties. I've read about what they do and it sounds good.

How much do they cost? This is for a PPOR in South-Western Sydney.

A good one is worth the money. The fees vary greatly depending on service provided and provider.
