I've been thinking lately I wouldn't mind buying a block of land in a seaside location. Somewhere like Phillip Island or Inverloch. I realise I won't make any income back but would be looking at CG over a long period of time or eventually I might build a Holiday Home. Anyone else done this? Where can I get land under $100k at a good beachside location in Vic?
