I agree. Very hard market to judge but a lot of development going on at the moment and still believe the future is bright for the sunny coast.... Good luck!

It's a tough one. A lot is happening there and the people working at the hospital next year will probably want to buy eventually so will push prices up when they all move there. Only problem there is the risk of oversupply like before..
