Buying site unseen.

A few of mine have been bought without being seen. I still havent been inside them, just driven past afterwards.

My tips:
-Do building and pest inspection to verify that its in 1 piece
-In my case tenants were already living those properties, which verifies that they're habitable.
-Do your own checks via google streetview, pricefinder, residex, etc.

Purchased two unseeen and did exactly the same as the above, except one wasn't tenanted so I fished out a local PM to go through the property for me they now manage the property.

All very useful advise. I have bought two properties unseen but one was off-plan so doesn't really count (although I never visited the actual area it was in) and the other was in an amazing street that I knew well, so wasn't too worried if it turned out to be "the worst house in the best street" ( I was in the UK at the time so no chance of seeing it in the flesh)

Both worked out fine btw, which I freely admit was probably more luck than judgement.
