Calling All Lease Option Specialists!!

THIS IS A QUESTION FOR New Zealand Lesae Option sepcialists.

Does anyone have a solicitor they can lend me so as I can get my paperwork for Lease Options in NZ sorted out?.... They would need to have experience with them.

Do they use Fixed Term rental acgreements there??? or Licence to occupy docs to accompany the Option agreements?

He does most of the structure work for all us L/O lads. There are 2 common arrangements here. Those trained by GBI use residential tenancy agreements. Others trained elsewhere opt out of the RTA and often use a lease agreement. In NZ the industry is tiny so has never been challenged here yet.
