Can I do lo doc 80% over $1M property

Hi

The property is probably worth around $1.7M. Currently I can only get 70% on $1M on this property as LMI wont go higher.


Frustrating that I can not access all the equity. Must be other products can can do better, anyone know??

I would wear higher interest, but what rate are we talking here?

I can utilise the money now with a view of selling off anyway so it would be a short term proposition.

Not sure who you have been through but 80% on $1.7M should be available.
