Sorry dazz but if you look at the link I had in my post it outlines that such a zoned property can be used as a medical center (among other things) all though a permit is required. Care to explain why the tenant of such a property can't have a commercial lease for it should they wish to run a medical center???
Whilst I do agree that SS'ers don't have all the facts at hand to make a call the option of offering a commercial lease is still there (unless they use it as their PPoR)
