Canadian's are stupid !!!

They should call the Continent; "North Myopia" not North America.
Why NORTH? Is there anything else, I thought the continent was America, and the USA fills the whole lot, you mean they share it with others and there's a south?

HUMMMM:D

There are two main continents which make up the Americas - North and South America.

North consists of USA, Canada and Alaska (which is part of the USA).
South America is the huge bit that looks like a lamb chop south of Mexico - Brazil etc.

Not sure about Mexico and how it's positioned in all this. Long time since I was in Year 11.

Alright why are we beating around the bush? We've all thought about it and it's obvious what the name should be isn't it Kathryn?

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions.
When we submit, I would like to send all of these suggestions along with our 3 choices, to show them the ones we didn't pick.:)

County told us they like "theme" streets, and as of yet, there are no Australia themes.
They should have a look at your town names. I have a hard time pronouncing them !!! (Wooloonogong???..and spell it too)

Wollongong! Pronounced Wool-long-gong! Easy!

If you think Wollongong (or any of the other Aussie names) are hard, you could try Welsh. This is a town name in Wales Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, it means; "St. Mary's Church in the hollow of white hazel near a rapid whirlpool and the Church of St. Tysilio near the red cave." Admittedly it is the longest town name in Wales, but try to pronounce it? My mother is the only person that I can recall being able to pronounce it. It is not the longest name in the world though, Thailand takes the title for that. This is the Thai town: Krungthepmahanakornamornratanakosinmahintarayutthayamahadilokphopnop- paratrajathaniburiromudomrajaniwesmahasatharnamornphimarnavatarnsathit- sakkattiyavisanukamprasit. It is actually the Thai name for Bangkok http://www.fun-with-words.com/longest_place_names.html

and u quoted it!!!LOL!

I am but an amateur, sometimes we have bbq's + drinkies to name racehorses, a couple of friends are world champion witty funny buggars, they have us in stitches about potential names, we are cheap gigglers.:D

Speaking of Bangkok..... there is a famous old saying..... "man who enters airport sideways going to Bangkok" :D.

LOL! I have heard that before, but it is still funny, or maybe I'm just an old fuddy duddy. I just told that to Lil Skater and she rolled her eyes and called me a loser. The youth just don't have a sense of humour.
