Hi everyone,

Can someone help?
What is the average percentage for the following in Victoria? Let's say for the last 30 years.
And where is it at the moment.

Capital Growth -
Inflation -
Rent -

I keep getting different figures from people, so if someone knows please let me know.
I'm trying to make some projections and I'm not sure what percentages to use.

Capital Growth - 12%
Inflation - 2%
Rent - steady
