Career advice

My passions would be closer to guitar, cars or one day possibly owning a top tier restaurant, and believe it or not investing in property.

Mate, before you seek others opinion on what you should to do.
Firstly, look at your goals and how you gonna get there.

Guitar, cars to me are hobbies
Owning an restaurant and investing are more like goals / direction, now, think long and hard how you are gonna get there.

By doing a uni degree, is it going to help you own a restaurant or investing?

You need to focus on the short terms goals, in order to reach the long term goals.
Then decide whether it is worth doing

Keep in mind, your chosen path could be something that you gonna be doing possibly for the next 30 years, so choose wisely
At end of day, you are only 24, nothing is too late and good luck

Maybe consider doing an apprenticeship to be a chef? That way, you can get a bit of experience in the area with a view to opening/running your own restaurant in the future when you're more financially able to do it.
