Carpet for rental property?

Does anyone know of a good carpet company based in Melbourne. We have been into Bunnings for a quote but I have heard there quality is not too good.

Also what is a good colour for a rental property?

It's always good to go for similar look/colors to what builders are doing with new homes in your area. Have you tried Fowles? They regularly have carpet auctions..
