cba misa 100% offset?

it is 100% offset but it is not a transactional account.

it is pretty useless but if u just park surplus funds in there and use another account to transact it works ok

Partly right Bigtone...

We can deposit electronically via BSB and acc # but not over the counter.

Can transfer in Netbank all you like...but no other ways of transacting like Bigtone says....

We have tenants pay rent into it (via BSB direct deposit) and others pay into the Streamline acc then I just transfer immediately into MISA. Trick is...the min transfers are $500....

Yes u r right, it is transactional but not functional

here's my trick to get around the $500 min.

example 1 take 100AUD out of MISA.

first, take $600 out of MISA then put $500 back.

example 2 put 100AUD into MISA
draw 500 out of MISA,
put 600 into MISA.

cheers.
