Ive been looking around the Brisbane CBD for a development site (Cant find anything in Sydney!)
Boutique 8-12 unit complex in good areas, close to transport/shops etc.
I would be interested in meeting a few people interested to buy an apartment, maybe we could work out a type of JV/Syndicate with discounted price for involvement.
I can organize most of the money to buy and build. Any buyers/investors could hold a purchase contract and mortgage during the process.
Probably end up with around 7-8% of market sale price discounted/given back to investor
Eg 500K = $35K back as JV/syndicate return.???
