Has anyone taken advantage of the Govt rebate of $1200 for the ceiling insulation for their IPs?
Not sure how much value it'd add to the house but certainly it's a bonus as you're getting it near to free! Also, it keeps your tenants happy
I believe after 2013 or something, every house in VIC would need to have 5 star energy rating before you can sell? Forgot where I heard it from now.
