As most of us are aware, the changes to the tenancy laws commence on 1 July 2013. The Govt of WA Department of Commerce is holding a series of free information seminars on the changes.

Hi,

I wen to the first one up in Joondalup....far more people there than they expected.

It was good just for the summary of information. I think they may have had more information to provide but with all the 1% scenario questions from the audience, time ran out.

The biggest message I believe is refer to the website and call their information line with any questions.
