Choosing / recommend property manager Penrith Sydney

Hi all,

Property about to settle in Penrith area.
First time purchasing a house, any comments on what to look for in a property manager?
or recommendations of one in the area?

Spoken to a few agents, got quotes ranging from 3% all the way to 6.5%

The vendor / listing agent has professional photos done and can probably lease it out quicker. Originally was going to have property shown prior to settlement but vendor solicitor has pushed him for otherwise...

We have our Mt Druitt property manager manage a Kingswood property, and it is working out just fine.

Don't think professional photos help in renting out. All you need is a good property manager, who has a good judgement of tenants, and is able to provide you assistance in choosing the right tenants.

I'm with Jim Aitken, can't complain. They do what they have to do. Always onto rent if increase is suggested. There seem to be quite a few new ones around, so they might skip town soon enough as it's slowing out there now
