Chris Gray buyers agent recommendations

Hi Folks

Has anyone had dealings with Chris Gray. He is a buyer agent in Sydney with a business called Empire, and a property investing commentator/guru. I am looking at buying an IP in Sydney and might engage Chris. Please provide any feedback you think relevant.

I think that makes a difference. Some specialise in certain areas and know them like the backs of their hands.
