CIP worth it for small properties?

Yeah I've done alot this year with residential at high LVRs, and wouldn't have been able to do close to half that amount with the 70% LVRs of commercial.

I think I'm only going to go into commercial in future if:
a) When I no longer need high growth/accumulation, i.e. semi-retirement stage to help convert my equity into higher income;
b) Yields are good, with long lease, no-headache kinds of properties
c) Hit serviceability limits on large portfolio, if equity is good commercial can increase the income.

But for the next few years, I'm sticking with resi growth and diversifying across different cities.
