For those of you in Melbourne, you may find this story in The Age interesting. I feel that the Commonwealth Games are one of several reasons why prices in Melbourne will continue to remain string for quite a while.

Where there is a booming economy, there is growth.

Hi Michael

Long for some may be too short for others.

Life, and all it's relativities, makes life such a wonderful thing.

How long do you think it is?

30-40% would be allocated to social housing. Interesting.

Dave, I am not asking if you are in it. I assume you are. When is it going to be completed? When are the Games?

Serge.

Hi Serge,

No, I'm not in it. I just read the article and posted it.

Well done on being brave enough to ask, though. Unlike Jude, who sits, watches, and just smiles the day away. :p

Cheers,

Dave

2006?

Property cycle will go down and up again by then. Well, 5 years?

Flemington obviously is a success story.

Commonwealth Games. How that Formula One Circle going? Are you folks still happy with it?

We are here in Sydney, have been informed, that we just managed to pay off for the Sydney Harbour Bridge couple of years ago.
I do not know about the rest of the projects such as Olympics Games.
Did we pay full amount for it already?

I am getting confused down here.

Serge.

Andrew, hi.

You're kidding, right?!

That was a newspaper article available freely to all Age Readers. You
simply saved others the trouble of scanning it.

And anyway, there was publicity in it for you - how many times was Macroplan
mentioned in the article?

Sheesh...
