As furture plan wife and I are looking to "sea change" back to cold old Victoria in 2 to 5 years.
Like very much the Mt Macedon/Woodend/Kyneton Area which appears to be very gentrified and a popular spot ( damm it)
Anyone out there with IP and/or experience and/or of this area ?
Quesitons I ask:
Is there an IP market demand (year round, seasonal, none)
What is the demand for (large, small, rural , etc.)
What is essential (Heating, parking, etc)
What should we avoid (travelling, timber homes etc)
Any demand for villas/apartments
Median Prices
Any honest expert agents
From these responses we can formulate a plan to purchase in 04/05 with the view to make PPOR over time.
