Just thought i'd post this place, as it seems a pretty good buy, and if someone is interested, go for it.
I'm not in a position to buy commercial (due to the higher deposit needed), but i'd certainly look into it in greater depth if i was.
Parkes is doing fairly well right now!

True - i thought 20% of 200-odd grand (40k deposit) for 23k per per income was pretty good.

Already covered myself there. Yes, for $200k, it's a good return, but for the risks associated with it just from its pure nature, it's still not worth it IMO.

Perhaps it isn't a exactly the better investment one looking at $200k properites due to limited budget should look at instead of the "dodgy chinese take-away" shop.....
