Can any helpful person send me a copy of the REIQ Commercial Tenancy Agreement.(Form EF024)?

My boss has just purchased a shed in his SMSF and needs a lease so he is leasing his own shed.

I did a google for it and didn't come up with anything except realworks.

Saves me scanning my agreement and taking out the details.
