I have an IP in a Central Qld Mining town that has been vacant for some months now and have little faith in finding a tenant in the near future.
I am thinking of making the property available for some kind of community housing.
Does anyone one have any ideas for associations or government bodies that may wish to aid or lease the property.
I was thinking of clubs like the Lions or Rotary
I assume that local councils don't cover this as it would be left to the State Housing commission.
