Community Library

Recently there were some posts on here about Peter Spann
and I realised that I have some videos that I got from
Freeman Fox, the first is "Building wealth through property"
and the other is "Building wealth through shares" or
something like that.

Anyway I've finished with them and rather than just give
them away I propose the following: I will send one each to
the first two people who want them on the condition
that when they've finished with them they post back
here and make the same offer (i.e. post the videos
on to another person)

Hopefully we can get some more people to offer their used
edumacational videos, books, whatever.

So let's open a hippy library.

andy

Okay, you each get one. You can send me your mailing addresses
privately here.

Don't forget to come back here when you're done with them and
pass them on to someone else.

Anybody else out there have any books or videos of interest that
they're finished with?

Hi Lee,

Could you please let me know your postal address so that I can send you the tape I have, and I would appreciate if you could send me yours when you finished watching it. We can then send the tapes to other people who are interested.

My address is PO Box 242 Bentleigh 3204 VIC.

And thanks to Andrew for this idea.

Jerry

Hi!

I would like to borrow the video for property & shares. It would be greatly appreciated if some one pass it on to me when they have finished with it.

Andrew, It is very good idea to open up a community library.Well done.

Many Thanks,

Meena

Hi there.

Great idea! Especially for those who, in the early stages of education, purchase lots of books etc. and then no longer need them, due to increased experience.

Terrific!

RDPD - Retire Young retire Rich up for grabs

Hi All,

My one and only Kiyosaki book is Retire Young, Retire Rich.
I'm more than happy to share this one around with anyone, same deal as above, it must get shared around after you're finished.

If you've read Kiyosaki's other books I wouldn't reccomend it, but if youre new, it's not a bad place to start. Encouraging, but little detail.

First person interested: post a message here, and then PrivateMessage me with your address.

Regards,
Luke

Hi there.

I think I remember reading in one of Jan's books about a video she had made earlier on in the piece. If anyone has it, I would greatly appreciate borrowing it please.

Has anyone considered the copyright issues associated with this process? Every piece of intellectual property I come across has a little copyright message that indicates it is illegal to loan/borrow material without the author's permission.

It seems to me that people who have taken their valuable time to put pen to paper, or knowledge to video etc should be compensated for their time and knowledge - bear in mind their knowledge is helping us to progress our own journey too.

By the way - I read/watch/listen and then reread or rewatch or relisten (as the case may be) to my resources so they constantly remind me of what it is I am trying to achieve.

Not trying to be a party pooper.

Hi f.f. basically what we're doing here is giving away our old stuff, not
lending or borrowing.

I always thought that those copyright notices were BS. I'm not a
lawyer but I'm pretty sure that just because a publisher sticks
a notice in the front of their book doesn't remove your freedom
to pass on the material once you've finished with it.

It's probably a bit like those notices in shopping centres about
the store's right to check your bags if you enter. Until recently
it wasn't a right, but most people complied anyway. Even now
all they can do is ask you to leave if you refuse to show them.

Sorry to poop your party pooping.

Hi Luke,

I wouldn't mind a read of "Retire Young, Retire Rich" by Kiyosaki if it's available. Send me a PM if you can. Thanks.
