company structure book

Hi Guys,

I have the trust magic book and am now looking for a down to earth layman's book on company structures.

I currently have a PTY LTD company as the trustee of a Family Discretionary Trust. My next questions is as this all becomes larger I'm wanting to learn the better ways to have my business and other investing opportunities working effectively.

Do I just keep starting companies with me as directors and new trusts each time I do something........ sorry Im not getting my question out very well, Partly why I've stopped bugging the accountant.

It really depends on what meaning you place on your "something".
And of course on the overall objective your trying to achieve, and how that "something" ties in with it.
