Hi,
I'm currently looking at a few potential IP's, one of which is under company title. I understand that financing is not straight forward and I'm likely have to keep my LVR to 70% max. This is tough, but the price range they are talking is 10-15% lower than similar places in the area - which gets me thinking.
I'm wondering if anyone is willing to share experiences with company title - restrictions (renovations? leasing? etc).
Also keen to hear if anyone has gone through the process of transferring title to strata, and exactly whats involved (process and cost)? I assume this requires buy in from all parties in the block?
