Contract conditions

With reference to a contract in QLD for the purchase of a block of land, what would be suitable wording (as a condition) to ensure that a 'slab on ground' house could be built on that block. 1974 flood levels may be a small issue. Could this search be performed by the conveyancer (to my approval) prior to the contract going unconditional.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

not sure what part of Brisbane you are talking,but if you ring up the BCC
building section,and if you have the lot number they will sometimes
will tell you over the phone what you can build or not build,imho do this
first one phone call can save you money and time ..

A flood search is a standard request to ask your solicitor to perform prior to going unconditional.
