I have an IP in a block of six units. from time to time others come up for sale. by owning two it would give me two votes on the body corporate. there by allowing me (with in the law of course) to control the action of the body corporate and maximise the value and return of the asset.

naturally "dont put all your eggs in one basket" comes to mind. however do the positives outweigh the risks?

opinions anyone?

I not whether you win or lose, it's how you place the blame!
