Conveyancing cost on buying land

Hi,

I'm considering buying a house and land package outside of Melbourne. One Melbourne Solicitor has quoted $1400.00 to do the conveyancing on the land only.

Is this quote good, bad or ugly?

yeah but ur buy price was probably out by 2 orders of magnitude, so the 1800 isnt so bad
